Enrollment begins during pre-registration and continues until classes are filled. Exceptions are Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN), Pharmacy Technician and EMT. Paid registration fees and attendance at start of class are required to hold a place.

A Registration fee of $30 will be charged once for each 20 week term or $20 for each term of 12 weeks or less.

A Class Material fee will be charged depending on the class selected.

A Photo I.D. fee of $5 (voluntary) will be charged which includes a student body fee. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Registration Is Not Complete Until All Fees Are Paid.

Individuals exempt from paying registration fees only:

1. • Persons 60 years of age or older
2. • Students receiving verified public assistance (i.e AFDC, General Relief, Food Stamps, Unemployment, SSI)

Individuals exempt from paying all fees:

1. • Concurrently enrolled high school students
2. • Persons with physical disabilities who enroll and qualify for supportive services
3. • AEWC students
4. • Apprenticeship

IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXEMPTION, INFORM THE REGISTRATION/COUNSELING STAFF BEFORE BEGINNING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS

Request for Refunds

1. 1. Requests must be made within the first seven school days of enrollment or starting date of course.
2. 2. Requests forms must be submitted with a paid receipt.
3. 3. Refunds are subject to a $15 drop fee.
4. 4. Refunds for payment made by check will be refunded by check and mailed in approximately three weeks.
5. 5. Credit card refunds are credited to original credit card.
6. 6. Textbooks are non-refundable, please confirm books with your instructor prior to purchase.

Students may be requested to purchase books and/or supplies. The book store accepts CASH, VISA or MasterCard for books. (The registration office accepts checks, VISA, MasterCard and cash for registration fees only.) No checks accepted for books. (A service fee of $10 will be charged per returned check.)

All repair orders require a minimum $20 fee.
