Counseling and placement services for English language learners and high school diploma students are provided at all sites except the Aviation Center.

Hours of Operation - Counseling:

East Valley Skills Center campus:

Monday-Friday: 8:00 am - 2:30 pm
Monday-Thursday: 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Rinaldi Adult Center campus:

Tuesday and Thursday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
