After clicking on the menu item "Microsoft Reflect," you will see several choices:
buttons for 6 activities: Meditate, Move, Play, Music, Podcasts & Stories,
Pick the activity type and explore! Each activity type has multiple options! For example, there are many videos in the "Move" section which guide you through various yoga activities to give you energy and make you feel great!
snip from the "Move" category showing two guided videos from which to choose (out of many) "Happy Hips" and "Moon Salutaion."
Again, all you have to do to access these FREE stress reduction, relaxation, and well-being activities, is to log into Schoology and find the Microsoft Reflect menu item in one of your courses!
