2025-2026 Annual Suicide Prevention and Awareness Training DUE September 30

Pursuant to California Education Code Section 215, ALL LAUSD employees are mandated to complete the Annual Suicide Prevention and Awareness Training and assessment. The training should be completed by no later than September 30, 2025.

This training will provide information and learning about the warning signs and risk factors for suicide, as well as guidelines and recommendations about what to do if you are concerned about a student’s suicidal ideation or behaviors, including how to implement the 5 components of Psychological First Aid.
